This year’s edition of “Valor Carreira – The Best in People Management” marked the 20th edition of the award. The study assesses how Brazilian companies have improved their people management practices. The methodology includes a survey with employees and a questionnaire answered by the companies’ HR.

“This yearbook format, in addition to valuing and strengthening good management practices, also gives us an opportunity to understand internally how our strategies have been absorbed by employees. A constructive work environment is done collaboratively, listening to the teams and acting on what can be strengthened”, emphasizes César Bresciani.
